This report is yet another demonstration of the advantages of robotic surgery in the treatment of patients with urologic cancers including bladder and urothelial.

This is the first report of that lymph nodes in the immediate fat surounding the prostate may harbor prostate cancer. This manuscript demonstrate the importance of removing the fat overlying the prostate and submitting it for pathologic evaluation.
